Corporate Social Responsibility : DHL'S CONTINUOUS EFFORTS NEEDED!!!

At one end, DHL has partnered with Panthera, the world’s leading wild cat conservation organization to ship faux leopard furs from manufacturers in China to followers of the Shembe Baptist church in South Africa, who wear the furs during religious ceremonies. The free shipments of these fake skins will help reduce the hunting of leopards and demand for real leopard skins. This is an example of positive actions some profit oriented organizations would take to save the lives of the endangered animal species.

While the preventive measures are taken to resuscitate the leopards at one part of the world, there are sad incidents pertaining to leopards that crops up in another part of the world.

With such incidents transpiring, it breaks down completely the new hope DHL & Panthera bequeaths towards the wild cat species. However, we strongly hope that the honorary efforts of the two organizations will not be distorted but should continue at all times.

Thank you & regards,
